Blackson's Sweet and Sour Meatballs with Rice

Sweet and Sour Meatballs
Meatballs: 1 lb hamburger
                  2/3 c. cracker crumbs
                 1/8 c. minced onion
                  1/4 c. milk
                  1 egg
                 1/4 tsp salt
                 1/8 tsp. ginger
Shape meatball ingredients into 1 inch balls and brown on stove.
Sweet and Sour Sauce:  2Tbsp. cornstarch
                                       13 1/2oz can pineapple tidbits
                                       1Tbsp. soy sauce
                                       1/2 c. brown sugar
                                       1/3 c. vinegar
                                       1/3 c. chopped green pepper
Mix cornstarch, sugar, pineapple juice and vinegar and soysauce until smooth. Take out meatballs and set aside. Pour sauce into skillet. Cook until thickened. Add back in meatballs, pineapple and green pepper; warm. Serve with rice.
