Mom's Best Meatloaf


Mom's Best Meat Loaf


1 ½ pound ground beef
¾ cups rolled oats
¼ cup chopped onion
1 ½ teaspoon salt
¼ cup pepper
¾ cup milk

Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly. 
Pack firmly into loaf pan.

Combine ingredients for sauce.

1/3 cup catsup
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon mustard

I double the sauce because my husband and father really like more sauce on it, I usually will put in minced onion too if I don't have onions, and only 1/8 cup.

Pour over meatloaf and bake at 350* for 1 hour.
